We are looking for a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer to join our team and help develop

bioinformatics, scalable pipeline development, and variant annotation, we want to hear from

What You’ll Do:
✔ Develop scalable, reproducible genomic data pipelines using WDL or Nextflow.
✔ Process and analyze high-throughput sequencing data (FASTQ, VCF, BAM) with tools
like Pysam, bcftools.
✔ Integrate variant annotation sources (e.g., gnomAD, ClinVar, COSMIC) and apply
ACMG/AMP guidelines.
✔ Automate data processing ...
