Autumn Workshop PTBI 2020 — Time line
Dear participants, the registration/submission process consists of two independent steps. The first is registration and submission of the abstract. Then, if your abstract receives a positive review, we will send you instructions on how to submit the poster.
Important dates:
• 2020-09-01 Registration and abstract submission opens. All participants, those who plan presenting the poster as well as those who plan to participate as a listener, shall register.
• 2020-10-05 2020-10-15 Last day of abstract submission.
• 2020-10-20 Acceptance notification of submitted abstracts.
• 2020-10-21 Poster submission opens.
• 2020-11-17 2020-11-19 Last day of poster submission (posters which will not be submitted will not be included in oral presentations during the Workshop).
• 2020-11-23 Online publication of materials: book of abstracts and posters; detailed program of Workshop sessions - schedule of individual eight-minute poster presentations.
• 2020-11-25 Last day of registration for listeners.
• 2020-11-26 First day of the Autumn Workshop PTBI 2020.
• 2020-11-27 Second day (optional) of the Autumn Workshop PTBI 2020.

The test of the platform is scheduled on Wednesday 25th at 10am
