Autumn Workshop PTBI 2020 — Scope
The scope of the workshop covers all fields of computational biology, and depending on the submitted applications, there will be separated several specific sessions i.e.:
- prediction of protein and RNA structures,
- genetic and epigenetic variation analysis,
- genetic networks,
- phylogenetics,
- protein-protein and protein-RNA interactions
- new/improved algorithms or new implementations in area of bioinformatics.

The test of the platform is scheduled on Wednesday 25th at 10am
